Canoeing & Kayaking

The activity of paddling a canoe is referred to as canoeing. It could be either for recreational purposes (in the case of canoeing as a recreational activity, it is referred to as a float trip) or just the matter of getting involved into a refreshing sport activity and sometimes even for the purpose of transportation.
